This is one of two alphabet mosaics that we as a guild created to be donated to children’s hospitals. This one has tiles by 27 PCAGOE members and will be going to the Hershey, PA location of the Ronald McDonald House to be displayed in their new facility being built in 2009. A second mosaic has already been delivered to a children’s hospital in New York state. We enjoy collaborative projects such as this and hope to do more in the future.
The PCAGOE monthly challenge theme for January is black and white. For a sneak peek at the entries so far, visit our flickr pool of challenge photos. You can also peruse entries from previous months in this pool, and there are some amazing polymer clay creations!

************New starting this month***************
Everyone is invited to enter our challenge! That means YOU can create a black and white piece out of polymer clay and enter it for a chance to win a prize. See the full rules here.
Everyone who votes in the challenge is entered in a random drawing for prizes. So check back in with us on January 1, which is when you’ll be able to vote for your favorite entry. Need a reminder so you don’t forget to vote? Sign up to receive the PCAGOE monthly newsletter!
