Here are the entries for the PCAGOE July Personal Hero Challenge. We’ve got some thought-provoking as well as some lighthearted entries this month. All of our entries are handmade out of polymer clay, and many are for sale in our etsy shops (click the links below). We hope you’ll enjoy this month’s entries and maybe take some time to think about your own personal heroes. Thanks to everyone who entered this month!

VOTE for your favorite entry and be entered in a drawing to WIN one of two July prize packs. Here are the entries for the PCAGOE April Covered Egg Challenge. This month’s challenge is a technique that is fairly common and unique to polymer clay. Each member had to create a piece (functional or decorative) by covering an egg with polymer clay. There were no rules as to the technique used (canework, filigree,sculpture, mokume gane. etc..) and no rules as to the subject of the piece. Each member used their own unique skills to craft some fantastic pieces and for many entrants this was their first time trying to cover an egg. One thing that our members were able to prove, is that Beautiful Eggs are not just for Easter anymore! Many of these pieces are available for purchase, so check the links at the bottom if you are interested in making a purchase. Good Luck picking a favorite!
